This is All You Need To Know About The Screening Exercise...
After the cancellation of the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination by the Federal Government of Nigeria, refund of the money paid by Aspirants and the screening of aspiring students through oral interview. The University of Benin consequently decided to begin the screening of her Aspirants by face-face interview.
After months of asking the Aspirants to upload their bank details and register without making payment, the screening began properly.
Aspirants were placed in batches, given their date, time and venue for their screening. The first batch of screening scheduled for 14th- 16th of September 2016 but after the DAY ONE OF SCREENING, the date for the screening of the first batch was extended to SATURDAY(17th of September 2016) because Aspirants that were supposed to be screened by 3'Oclock were asked to come back on Saturday by 9am.
After the DAY TWO OF SCREENING, Aspirants had testimonies to share with their loved ones. After much enquiries, here is how the set up of the screening looks like...
THERE ARE FOUR STEPS TO GO THROUGH
*STEP ONE: Thumb printing
*STEP TWO: Jamb reg number
*STEP THREE: Waec Centre number, Scratch your card and your result online will be viewed, subjects needed for your course will be thicked
*STEP FOUR: The screening Officer will request for your Jamb score
But the steps varies and depends on your the Department you are aspiring for.
Here are the requirements for the screening exercise: Waec Scratch card, your Application slip, Invitation slip, Waec Print out slip and your Jamb Reg Num..
The Timing include 9am, 12pm and 3pm..
